Physical Support

From massaging to fostering a peaceful environment. I’m trained in knowing the best ways to soothe & support your body no mater where you are in your pregnancy journey.

Emotional Support

From empowering you through one of the inevitable “tough days”, conquering fears and doubts, or simply just being a trusted shoulder to lean on, I’m happy to support expectant families in this transitional period.

Informational Support

We provide all expectant mothers with vital information in order to ensure they can make informed decisions. From relaxation techniques to evidence-based info about their birthing options.
